The North Carolina Association of County Commissioners (NCACC) solicits goals from each for the 100 counties to give all counties a voice in developing the Association’s legislative agenda. Commissioners from all across the state review, debate and ultimately approve a goals package. A list of Rutherford County suggested goals is on the following pages. These goals may be submitted with a letter from the Chairman on behalf of the full Board. A copy of a letter is included for the Board’s approval.
