At the November 6, 2023 meeting, the Board authorized the County Manager and the County Attorney to negotiate terms of an interlocal agreement between Foothills Health District and Rutherford County for Foothills Health District to assume responsibility of the management and operation of the Animal Control Department services. A resolution is provided for the Board’s consideration approving the proposed agreement.
