A public hearing will be held to listen to comments regarding the relocation of boundaries of certain existing fire protection districts with adjoining existing fire protection service districts. A Rutherford County Fire Protection Service District Report required by NCGS 153A-304.3(b) in included on the following pages. A map of the proposed districts is available in the Office of the Clerk to the Board.
Two resolutions which would approve changes in the service districts and also the insurance districts are presented for the Board’s consideration.
