To approve the request submitted by Mark Berry to procure a loan from local bank against Hangar 9B, subject to the Airport Director working with the Airport Attorney to negotiate terms of such approval consistent with existing lease and Rutherford Airport Authority policy, and authorize the Airport Director and Chairman of the Airport Authority to execute all documents in support of this action.
