A public hearing will be held with the Town of Forest City to listen to comments regarding the approval of an industrial development grant for an economic development project, code named Project Igloo, pursuant to North Carolina General Statute 158-7.1.  The grant is for the purpose of attracting new industry to the County with the goal to create new jobs and increase the current tax base.  A resolution is presented on the following pages approving the grant.
