The new North Carolina General Statute 143-805 added provisions regarding pornography on County network or County devices. In order to be in compliance with these new provisions by the required date of January 1, 2025, the Rutherford County Technology Use Policy will need to be amended. A copy of the proposed amendments to the policy are included on the following pages. It is requested that the Board approve these amendments.
