Due to additional timing needed to complete the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report, the County’s audit presentation has been scheduled for the March agenda.  Since the work was not completed by December 1, 2024, the Local Government Commission requires the Board to approve an amendment to the audit contract. The amendment which is attached will update the completion date to February 28^th, 2025.   The contract must be amended before final invoices can be paid.

Approve amending the audit contract to a completion date of February 28^th.  Pricing is also updated as we had 7 major programs this year.
