The auction has ended, and the high bid is included on the following page. A resolution is provided for the Board’s consideration that the high bid be accepted for Parcel Number 1642933, 0 Old Caroleen Road, Forest City, as described more fully in Plat recorded in Plat Book 27, Page 261, (“the Plat”), Rutherford County Registry, to which plat reference is hereby made for a more full and accurate description.
Being the same and identical property conveyed to Rutherford County by Commissioner’s Deed recorded in Book 811 at Page 389, Rutherford County Registry.
