At the March 1, 2021 meeting the Board entered into a contract with McGill and Associates for grant administration services to assist in the administration and management of the $900,000 Community Development Block Grant (CV) award for subsistence payments for low to moderate income (LMI) households and for public facility improvements which includes broadband connectivity for LMI households. McGill and Associates has provided the following documents which are a requirement of the grant for approval by the Board of Commissioners. A resolution adopting the Community Development Program Policies, Procedures, and Plans is included for the Board’s consideration.
