North Carolina General Statute 47-30.2 requires the Board of Commissioners to appoint plat review officers whose responsibilities include reviewing land plats to determine whether these plats meet recording requirements.  It is requested that the Board approve the following resolution appointing Preston Janco as Plat Review Officer for the Town of Forest City.
