Collaborative Strategic Planning: Opioid Settlement Funds – Recommended Strategies (Options A & B)

body

Summary:

summary

Mr. Scott Luetgenau of Gatespring will present the results of Rutherford County’s collaborative strategic planning process, conducted in accordance with the Exhibit C requirements of the NC Opioid Settlement Memorandum of Agreement. The presentation will highlight 15 recommended strategies for opioid remediation, selected from both Option A and Option B. These strategies represent evidence-based and community-driven priorities that emerged through engagement with diverse stakeholders and thorough assessment of local needs and gaps. Highlighting strategies across both options positions Rutherford County to maximize impact and flexibility in future Requests for Applications (RFAs) and partnerships, while fulfilling NC MOA requirements for authorized funding and reporting.
