To close out the ARPA DEQ Regionalization Study Grant for the Rutherfordton-Spindale Sewer Project, the Board needs to adopt the attached Procurement Policy. This should be the last item to complete the grant closeout following a recent grant monitoring letter received and meets the requirements of Federally funded projects as recommended by the School of Government.
