At the August 4, 2025 the Board authorized the auction on GOVDeals of 0 Shotwell Lane.  A high bid of $1,050 was received.  It is the recommendation that the high bid be rejected per G.S. 160A-270(a), and the parcel be opened for reauction.  A resolution confirming this action is attached.
