Authorize the County Manager to enter into contract negotiations with Wampler Eanes Appraisal Group, Ltd. to complete the 2023 Rutherford County General Appraisal and authorize the County Manager, Finance Officer, Clerk to the Board, and other County officials to sign and execute all documents in support of this action.
