Due to additional timing needed to complete the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report, the County’s audit presentation has been scheduled for the February agenda.  Since the work was not completed by December 1, 2023, the Local Government Commission requires the Board to approve an amendment to the audit contract. The amendment which is attached will update the completion date to January 31^st, 2024.   A copy of the original contract is attached for reference.  The contract must be amended before final invoices can be paid.

Approve amending the audit contract to a completion date of January 31, 2024.  All other conditions of the contract attached will remain the same.
