The loan agreement for Round 4 of the State Cashflow Loans for Disaster Response Activities to Local Governments in the amount of $2,767,787.63 for Rutherford County is on the following pages. A resolution approving the agreement and promissory note (attached as Attachment B) is included for the Board’s consideration.
Also attached is the memo announcing Round 4 which had slightly different qualifications and requirements. Application was submitted for the following debris projects which had reductions that have not yet been obligated by FEMA:
