North Carolina General Statute 47-30.2 requires the Board of Commissioners to appoint plat review officers whose responsibilities include reviewing land plats to determine whether these plats meet recording requirements.  It is requested that the Board approve the following resolution appointing Doug Barrick (Rutherfordton), Wendy Burch (Rutherfordton), and Will Stroupe (Spindale) as Plat Review Officers for Rutherford County.
