This Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) which is between the North Carolina Administrative Office of the Courts (NCAOC) and the COUNTY OF Rutherford is presented for the Board’s consideration. Session Law 2021-47 was enacted in 2021 which significantly expands the courts’ authority to hold proceeding by audio and video transmission. The County seeks to provide funds to the NCAOC for the NCAOC to purchase additional AV equipment and/or installation services from ePlus. Attached is a copy of a Memorandum of Agreement and the Budgeting Quote.
