Approve low bid and authorize the County Manager, Airport Authority Chairman, Airport Director, Finance Officer, Clerk to the Board, and other County officials to sign and execute all documents in support of this action contingent upon AIG (Airport Infrastructure Grant) funding and contingent on NCDOA’s approval.
