A public hearing will be held to hear comments regarding the proposal of the County to convey land at Gateway Commerce Court (Rutherford County Revenue Department Parcel PIN 1655250) for an economic development project pursuant to North Carolina General Statute 158-7.1. A resolution approving the conveyance of the referenced property and authorizing the County Manager working with legal counsel, to negotiate the remaining terms and conditions and enter into the purchase and sale agreement and any other necessary documents is presented for the Board’s consideration.
