At the December 2, 2024 meeting, the Board by resolution authorized the electronic auction of four (4) parcels owned by the County. The auction has ended, and the high bids are included on the following page. A resolution is provided for the Board’s consideration that the high bids be accepted for Parcel Number 1600620, 0 Rumbling Bald Road, Lake Lure, NC, as described more fully in Plat recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 19, (“the Plat”), Rutherford County Registry, to which plat reference is hereby made for a more full and accurate description.
Being the same and identical property conveyed to Rutherford County by Commissioner’s Deed recorded in Book 702 at Pages 194-195, Rutherford County Registry.
