Sheriff Aaron Ellenburg has requested that the Board approve a resolution in accordance with G.S. 20-187.2 (copy attached) awarding Sergeant William Ed Toney’s service side arm to him for the sum of $1.00.  Sergeant Toney has provided dedicated service to the citizens of Rutherford County for 20 plus years and is retiring July 1, 2025.
