A request for public assistance has been submitted to the FEMA.gov grants portal. The attached forms (Designation of Applicant's Agent and Applicant Assurances for Public Assistance and Applicant Disaster Assistance Agreement) are required to be submitted in order to receive the assistance and must be approved by the Board prior to execution. This will complete the first steps of many for the County to be eligible for FEMA funds/reimbursements.

An agreement with the North Carolina Department of Transportation entitled NCDOT Local Agreement for Debris Removal Request Form is attached and is provided for the Board's consideration. Also attached is the DRDR Agreement Form SSR-01 that will be used as determined by need. This allows the County to assist with cleanup along DOT right of ways.

Interlocal Agreement with Municipalities to allow efficiency in cleanup so the contractor can quickly work the roads within the county without stopping at city limits.
