Authorize the County Manager with advisement and consultation from the County Attorney and Finance Director to amend documents and agreements as necessary to execute a multi-year lease agreement for the Vesta Geo-Diverse phone system contingent on affirmation from the 911 Board that these expenditures will be reimbursable with 911 funds.
