North Carolina General Statute 47-30.2 requires the Board of Commissioners to appoint plat review officers whose responsibilities include reviewing land plats to determine whether these plats meet recording requirements. It is requested that Mr. Brad L. Burton be appointed as a Plat Review Officer. A resolution is attached for the Board’s consideration.
