The following Railroad Lease Agreement between Rutherford Railroad Development Corporation and Rutherford County to preserve the portion of the rail lines (Gilkey Line and Bostic Spur) in Rutherford County for future railroad use, to encourage economic development in Rutherford County, and to “railbank” the lines for the benefit of the residents of Rutherford County is presented for the Board’s consideration.
