The membership of the Rural Transportation Planning Organization (RTPO) shall consist of one County Commissioner. A term of office for all seats on the RTPO is two years and reappointment is permissible. Commissioner Michael Benfield is presently serving on this RTPO and is willing to serve an additional term. It is requested that the Board approve an appointment of a Commissioner for the following two years.
