Bonita Pioneer is concerned that they will not meet the job creation deadline in their agreement with Rutherford County by December 31, 2017 as noted in Section 2. The Economic Development Office recommends that the job creation deadline be extended until September 30, 2018. A draft agreement is included for the Board’s consideration. The Company has met and satisfied all the State requirements under the Building Reuse and ONE NC grant guidelines, so it is only the local agreement that would require an amendment.
