At the September 19, 2017 meeting, Commissioners indicated an interest in marketing certain surplus property owned by Rutherford County. Planning and Public Works Director Danny Searcy was asked to provide recommendations on procedures for marketing the property.
Rutherford County advertised a Request for Proposal for a commercial real estate broker and received a sole proposal from GM Property Group, LLC.

Approve proposal from GM Property Group, LLC and authorize the County Manager, Finance Officer, Clerk to the Board, and other County officials to sign and execute all document in support of this action.
