At the February 5, 2018 meeting the Board approved advertising real property tax liens on May 11, 2018. The Revenue Department has experienced some unforeseen deadline requirements. Therefore, it is requested that the Board approve changing the date for advertisement to the week following May 11, 2018. A memorandum from Revenue Director Sherry Lavender is on the following page.
