An ordinance that regulates use of the Thermal Belt Trail that is within the limits of Rutherford County is provided for the Board’s consideration.
A change order (#3) for the Thermal Belt Rail Trail Project is presented for the Board’s consideration that nets an increase of $9,792.50 after credits and charges. This amount currently remains in the contingency fund of the project.
A contract with ACSM is also presented for the project. ACSM agrees to fabricate and install a total of 6 custom kiosks and signs in accordance with the specified design.
