Since the CAFR was not completed and submitted to the Local Government Commission after December 1st, the Local Government Commission requires the Board to approve an amendment to the audit contract before the final invoice for services can be processed. In prior years when that date fell on the weekend, Monday submissions were accepted as timely. However, this year the LGC is firm with the submission date. The amendment will update the completion date to December 5th, 2018.
