Rutherford County has been selected by NCACC to receive funding for an NCACC Fellow. A summary letter explaining the program is attached. Also, a memorandum of understanding is presented for Commissioner approval. Danny Searcy, Paula Roach and Debra Conner have been interviewing potential MPA students/graduates over the past few months. It is anticipated that an offer will be extended to the candidate within the next few days. County matching funds were budgeted in FYE2019 in hopes to receive the grant to help fund a project analyst.
