Last month the Project Ordinance for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Neighborhood Revitalization Grant was presented for approval. The project ordinance/grant award includes funds for grant administration. It is recommended that the County move forward with an Administration Services Contract with IPDC. A draft of the contract is attached.
A copy of the executed Administration Contract must be sent to NC Commerce by May 13, 2019 as required by the State.
