The existing textile recycling service agreement expires on June 30, 2019. The Solid Waste Staff have reached out to several vendors to determine what options are available. The existing vendor (Better World Recycling, Inc.) did not submit a price quote. Based on the quote/quotes received, it is recommended that the County enter into a contract with Planet Aid. Approve a contract with Plantet Aid negotiated by the County Manager and the County Attorney and authorize the Chairman of the County Commissioners or the County Manager, Finance Officer, Clerk to the Board, and other County officials to sign and execute all documents in support of this action.
